Total, Lasting Hydration ~ A multipart class over 3 months, ideally, meeting every 2 weeks for 2 months, with an available bonus weekly phone Q&A open coaching session, and a follow-up meeting/celebration at the end of 3 months.  ~~Note: Karl Maret, MD, also works in his multi-part “Science of Water” set of talks when demand rises.  We can add his talks and science, too, in order to solidify the needed excitement to follow through on plans to keep taking the steps needed to become and ramain hydrated.

“Delicious Cycles” to Expanding on the Health that We Have ~ How small actions to restore health balance create a “Delicious Cycle” (my term ~ defined as the opposite of a ‘vicious cycle’) so that people can feel better and choose to do another small action to feel better still.

Women’s Intimate Health as a Fountain of Youth ~ This is the most uproarious and the most in-depth, heartfelt (and groundbreaking) work that I do.  There are countless ways women benefit from their (often first) foray into this delightful, helathful, and soulful subject.  (My Men’s intimate health classes are based on insightful aspects of mental-emotional-sexual health and helpful understanding of male menopause (Andropause).  These are SEPARATE classes from committed couples yearning for spoken introductions to Tantra.)

Inviting, Giviing, and Receiving The Value of Self-Healing Buddies ~ The benefits of finding and working with a Self-Healing Buddy ~ since communicating with others about our health more easily leads people to take on new Self-Healing Lifestyles.

The Vast Powers of Vitamin C ~ as a supplement, a Treat, and a Life Changer .  Dr.’s Linus Pauling, Abram Hoffer, Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Frederick Klenner, Richard Riordan, Robert Cathcart, Andrew Saul, and many more have reported this fact for decades.  Vit. Attitudes of Gratitude for the Multitudes of Aspects of You & Your Health ~ We are wondrous Beings, inherently connected to the Gracious Hosting of Mother Earth and choruses of Angels who are available to all who seek and speak.  Speaking our Gratitudes is one of the simplest methods of changing our mood, our physical wellness, our self-connection and our interactions with others.  Come practice and play and learn more ways to understand how our Attitude is Everything.

Meditation beyond Sitting Quietly that Begs to Be Explored ~ Walking or moving SLOWLY (and mindfully) is not only fantastic exercise but one of the most do-able forms of meditation ANY time.  Healthier Habits are hard to remember, but Lifestyle Additions are games and ways to play with our incredible humanness that are obvious once we try them out.  This enjoyable and creative movement-oriented class/training/coaching is a cross between Wisdom Improv and the Brilliant Remembrance of Child’s Play.

Nature ~ The Expanding Health Abilities of Foraging and/or Gardening and Consuming what you grow ~ There are hundreds of videos on YouTube, now, explaining how most plants we call weeds can be great food and/or medicine to us.  How to recognize or discern what are poisonous plants and which are Earth’s free gift superfoods to us is a journey that can and does bring us to new life.
